The Dragoneers offer dynamic training and racing programs for adults — plus a vibrant Junior Team Program — so everyone from beginners to elite athletes can find their perfect fit.
Our Adult Dragoneer Team
Developmental Team – Designed for men and women eager to learn the sport and build the skills needed to compete. You’ll receive personalized training, skill development, and evaluation. Equipment is provided for your first three practices. Once ready, you can try out for the Racing Team.
Dragoneer Racing Team – Our flagship competitive program. Qualified paddlers race in powerful 20 and 10 person boats in All-Women’s, All-Men’s, and Mixed divisions throughout Florida. This is where commitment meets competition.
Junior Team Program
We also offer a fun, energetic Junior Team for young athletes looking to develop discipline, teamwork, and confidence through dragon boat racing. Open to local youth, this program builds strong character while creating lasting memories on the water. All expenses are covered by the team.
